Discreetly and anonymously report incidents where staff operated outside of our policies. We want only the “BEST OF THE BEST” to represent our establish and work as a team. 
Employees who do not respect our reasonable policies need to be reprimanded or replaced. One infraction = disciplinary action. More than one infraction = termination. This restaurant was founded on the basis of kindness, respect and professionalism.  Treat customers and coworkers with the deepest most sincere sense of caring and respect.
