Desk Agent Notes are a required routine task. It is an excellent tool for management and staff to review front desk activity. When we have any kind of issue: guest complaints, no shows, guest disputes and anything else that we are investigating days/weeks/months later, we carefully study the desk agent notes to understand the chronology of a situation.
• Rank seriousness as well as specific agent note items will be included in the subject of the notification emails so that myself or staff are sure to notice.
• An asterisk will flag time critical desk events: guest complaints, declined credit cards, and no shows are presently on this list.
