Server Voids

Servers are not allowed to comp expensive food items (ie. entrees, seafood, steaks, a bottle of wine..) as a tool to make up for bad service. Servers are not given the authority to comp anything unless there are the very rare circumstances. Servers should verbally repeat orders to customers to verify accuracy and do a check-back a min after customer tastes the food to ensure it is tasting to their satisfaction (so we can fix it). Comping without justification or failing to record food/bev in the Aloha are grounds for immediate dismissal.
